10:30 - 11:30 am EMPATH YOGA with Erica Boucher
Empath Yoga is a heart-centered moving meditation designed to help open your mind, soften your heart, and relax your body. It’s, ultimately, about living an authentic life, guided from an intuitive place within. This 1-hour gentle yoga experience is appropriate for all levels. Bring a yoga mat if you have one! Erica is the creator of Empath Yoga, and has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. She is a life coach and author of the book SHOWING UP NAKED: Peeling Away the Layers to Your Authentic Self, and leads yoga retreats and trainings around the world. 12 noon EVERYDAY MINDFULNESS with Rachel Chase
Enjoy a short mindfulness practice; introducing you to a way of reducing stress through gentle slow standing stretches and sitting meditation. Rachel will share a modernized awareness of an age-old self-healing experience called 'mindfulness' that is taking the U.S. by storm as an effective form of therapy for balancing mind, body, and spirit. Rachel Chase is an experienced, certified, yoga and meditation instructor. She is a graduate candidate at Rollins College, working toward her Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters degree. 12:30 pm LAUGHTER YOGA with Kay Devlin
They say “laughter is the best medicine” for a reason. Laughter Yoga was founded in 1995 by a medical doctor in India Dr Kataria, and combines yoga breathing with laughter exercises, for a profound level of stress relief and relaxation.

1 pm CHAIR YOGA with Kay Devlin
Chair yoga is yoga using a chair for help or support. It helps with range of motion and to build back strength and mobility. Using breathing and gentle movements, it is great for all ages, those with limited mobility and for those with injury. Kay started practicing yoga in 2010 as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. She wanted something to help her with demanding work and to keep her body healthy. She found yoga. She then began her teacher training with Erica Boucher in 2013 and has been teaching ever since. She specializes in hatha, gentle, laughter, and chair yoga. She wants to help people heal through yoga and find laughter and joy both on and off the mat."

1:30 pm INTRO TO AYURVEDA with Kristen Schneider
Ayurveda is the oldest form of holistic medicine. The meaning of Ayurveda is "the wisdom of longevity". Kristen will introduce you to the Doshas, or mind-body constitutions. Ayurveda teaches how to use nutrition and lifestyle to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing. 
Orlando native Kristen Schneider graduated from UCF and Kripalu School of Ayurveda. She recently published her first book, Your Life is Medicine- Ayurveda for Yogis.

3 pm YIN YOGA with Dana Kaplan
Yin Yoga is a variety of restorative poses involving long, deep and passive motions that last for several minutes. As we release muscle tension in the body, the Yin practice exercises the deeper connective tissues of the body…the tendons, ligaments, fascia, joints, bones & cartilages. Yin Yoga focuses on the lower back and pelvic region where we are rich in these connective tissues. When Dana first came to the Yoga mat in 1995, she was amazed that she could feel at home in her own body. As she continued to practice, that feeling grew into what she calls a joy rising from within. This kind of acceptance and joy is what Dana brings to her classes. She encourages her students to honor their bodies and accept themselves where they are at any given moment.

3:30 pm CRYSTAL BOWL MEDITATION with Laura Painter
Crystal bowls are unique sound instruments whose vibration help relax the body and mind, and induce a meditation state. Laura Painter, LMT, has been in the healing arts for 16 years. She is certified in sound therapy massage.
