Wedding and Reception (5 hours event time/3 hours setup) - $2000
Wedding Reception Only (4 hours event time/2 hours setup) - $1800
Friday & Sunday:
Wedding and Reception (5 hours event time/3 hour setup) - $1800
Wedding Reception Only (4 hours event time/2 hours setup) - $1600
Other events Friday - Sunday (4 hours event time/2 hours setup) - $1500
Weekend rentals of main house include use of garden room at no additional
charge.
Weekday Rates (Monday-Thursday)
Full day rental (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - $1000
Evening rental (after 5 p.m.) - under 40 guests $800, 41-80 guests $1000,
81-120 guests $1200
Hourly rate (weekdays only) - $125/hour with 4-hour minimum
